Terms and Conditions for the 21 Day Kickstart

By signing up for the BRIGADE 21 Day Kickstart, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable Payment:

- All payments made for the 21 Day Kickstart are non-refundable.

- This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, or a change of plans.

Cancellation Rights:

- As per UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided the challenge has not started or any digital materials have not been accessed. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

Participant Commitment:

- By signing up, you confirm your commitment to fully participate in the program and adhere to the schedule and guidelines provided.

Health and Safety:

- It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically able to participate in the challenge. If you have any medical concerns, consult your GP before signing up.

Liability:

- BRIGADE Fitness is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the challenge.
