PERSONAL TRAINING
Monday - Saturday
We’ve evolved our popular Group Coaching sessions – and this remains the heart of BRIGADE. No matter when you train, you’ll have access to structured, progressive personal training, delivered in small groups by expert coaches who know you, your goals, and how to get the very best out of you.
METCON
Monday
Functional training that will leave you fired up. Expect short bouts of effort followed by rest, designed to improve your capacity and output. Interval-based conditioning done BRIGADE style.
ENGINE
Tuesday
Build your aerobic base with monostructural cardio using SkiErgs, BikeErgs, RowErgs and Echo Bikes. Delivered in pairs or individually, these sessions focus on long-term fitness gains and real engine-building.
COMMANDO CAPACITY
Wednesday
Our signature stamina builder. Improve your aerobic capacity and mental resilience in a high-energy, motivating environment. Structured intervals designed to push your endurance to the next level.
FLOW
Thursday
Low-impact movement, longer duration, aerobic focus. These bodyweight-based sessions help you move better, recover faster, and build your base without the strain.
PERFORMANCE
Friday
Our most competitive format. Inspired by events like Turf Games and Gym Sync, Performance is team-based conditioning designed to challenge your strength, teamwork, and mindset – all in a fun, coach-led structure.
COMMANDO FIT
Saturday
The ultimate weekend team session. Designed to build strength, resilience and camaraderie, Commando Fit is fun, fast-paced and always leaves you walking out stronger than you came in.
