+ HOW SOON AFTER CHILDBIRTH CAN I START THE PROGRAM?

New mums can join The Strong Mum Club from as soon as 6 weeks after giving birth providing that your health care professional is happy for you to do so. Mums that have had a cesarean birth may need to wait up until 12 weeks until they start a new exercise program. If you’re unsure then our Post Natal Coach, Hana is happy to provide free advice.

+ IS THE PROGRAM SUITABLE IF I'VE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE?

Absolutely! Your body has very specific needs after giving birth due to the changes that your body has been through and with the hormones you may be experiencing. The Strong Mum Club ensures to meet you where you’re currently at. Our program is adaptable so that you can ease into exercise safely and effectively and continue looking after your health and wellbeing.

+ CAN I BRING MY BABY?

Yes! We understand that finding childcare can get in the way of you making some time for yourself so you're welcome to bring your baby along as long as they are in a pram or carrier.

+ WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

The Strong Mum Club program is ongoing and you’re able to join at any point! We have a maximum capacity of 8 people at a time to ensure that every Mum gets the highest level of coaching.

+ WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS?

Our sessions will be held every Tuesday & Thursday from 10.30 am at our Marden location, address below:

+ HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP AND WHAT INCLUDED?

The membership is £139 per month which includes;
2 small group Personal Training sessions each week
An exercise program tailored to the Post Natal body by our expert Coach.

Additional support from our Post Natal Coach outside of your sessions through our coaching app where you’ll receive coaching and guidance around your nutrition and how to reach your personal health goals.

You’ll become a part of our supportive community where you’ll be able to connect on our Facebook group.

+ CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes - You can cancel at any time with our 30-day notice period. Any payments that fall within that 30 days will be processed as normal.

Our membership offers supportive coaching in a small group of just 8 people and costs approx £15/session, PLUS you receive the benefit of Personal Training both inside and outside of the gym
