+ HOW SOON AFTER CHILDBIRTH CAN I START THE PROGRAM?

You can join the program 6 weeks after giving birth providing that your healthcare professional is happy for you to do so.

+ IS THE PROGRAM SUITABLE IF I'VE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE?

Yes, your exercise routine is very specific after giving birth due to the changes that your hormones and body have gone through during pregnancy and afterwards. Our programme ensures you ease your body back in to exercise safely and effectively so that you can continue looking after your health and wellbeing. 

+ CAN I BRING MY BABY?

Yes! We understand that finding childcare can get in the way of you making some time for yourself so you're welcome to bring your baby along as long as they are in a pram or carrier. 

+ WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE 6 WEEKS?

Once you've completed the 6-week postnatal programme we hope that you're feeling confident and ready to join our gym membership. If you're new to BRIGADE this is a great introduction to your health and fitness journey with us. Feel like you need a little bit more before you return back to exercise? You can always book onto the next 6 week program to help continue your hard work. 

+ WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

Our first 6-week program will start on Tuesday the 3rd of June 2024. Each course will have limited spaces, so it's important to secure your space. We will announce upcoming programs on our social media and mailing list.

+ WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS?

Our sessions will be held every Tuesday & Thursday from 10.30 am at our Marden location, address below:

+ HOW MUCH IS THE 6 WEEK PROGRAM?
The program is £187 which includes - 12 small group personal training sessions, support from our expert coaches, nutrition guidance, and our supportive community.

No - the payment for the program is a one-off. No joining fees, no subscriptions and no additional costs.
